Amanda collaborated with author Margie Palatini on an adorable, original children's musical based on the adorable book Mary Had a Little Ham. Ham has enjoyed successful staged readings at Kennesaw State University (2018) and the University of Mississippi (2014) and premiered as a full production (virtually) at Young Harris College in Fall 2020.

In 2009, Amanda collaborated with Pat Flick on an original adaptation of the classic children's story The Velveteen Rabbit and it enjoyed a successful run at the Orlando Shakespeare Theatre in Partnership with UCF! See trailer below!
